Your username is your entire email address. So if your email is jsmith@yourdomain.com, then your username is jsmith@yourdomain.com.
Password
Enter the password for your email account.
Incoming mail server (POP3)
Your incoming server is mail2.polclients.com.
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)
For your outgoing mail, you use your Internet Service Provider (ISP). For Verizon, it is outgoing.verizon.net. For Comcast, it is smtp.comcast.net. If you do not have either of these as your service provider, please contact your ISP's technical support to find out the proper information. To send email, you will also need to have the account username and password from your ISP. For Verizon, the Outgoing Server Port Number should be set to 465, and "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" should be checked.
