Although it can be difficult to set up, having individual landing pages for all of your products or services (or at least categories) can really pay off. If you just have a list of keywords on your homepage, Google will note that, but it will not necessarily give your business much weight for those items. However, linking those keywords to pages dedicated to a single topic should dramatically improve your ranking in search engines. If each page has a specific heading along with an appropriate meta description, and related content on the page, it will show Google that this is an important part of your business, and they will rank it accordingly.
